REFERRAL PROGRAM

For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referee will receive a generous reward of 20,000 points!

We call that a "win-win"!!

CANCELLATION

No shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged for 50% of the total service price scheduled. A credit card will be required to schedule appointments.

TIPPING

Gratuities are always appreciated but not expected.

If you choose to leave a monetary gift for your stylist, please do so with cash or Venmo.

DEVICES

For your relaxation and that of other guests, please turn your device ringers off, and refrain from playing any media in the salon. We want everyone to enjoy their experience and take this time to relax.

Masks are currently optional. Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill.

Halo Hair Care Studio is hosted on a 3rd party platform. Our host provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by the platform and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SITE VISITORS?
