Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are highly suggested.

Late Arrival Policy

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 15 minutes late.


We understand that life happens. However, in order to accommodate everyone, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for the service time allotted on the schedule. 

We appreciate your understanding!


Specialty color, balayage, corrective color, and hair extensions require a consultation. Consultations are free and take about 15 minutes. Please contact us to schedule a consultation.

If your stylist determines during the consultation that your appointment will last 3 or more hours, a $100 deposit is required. Your deposit is credited towards your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled same-day.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. Gratuity is not included in services. Gratuity is accepted in the form of cash or may be added to the credit card charged.

Correction Policy

Our stylists stand behind their work. If you have any problems with your hair please call within seven days to have any issues resolved.

Promotions Policy

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.

Retail Policy

Retail purchases can only be exchanged. Sorry but no cash refunds will be given.
